Sunshine Cafe

A program designed to help those residents needing special attention during meal
times and is held in the Activity Room during lunch and dinner. Sunshine Cafe offers a
quiet setting, the residents are fed on a "one to one" basis

Lincoln Center

This program is for those residents who can no longer have food intake by mouth. It is
held away from the dining room during meal times, thus removing them from the sights
and smells of the meals they can no longer enjoy.

Sunshine Club/Free Spirits

Several programs specifically engineered for residents with Alzheimer's and other
dementias. This club keeps them busy with activities and entertainment that are more
in tune with their needs.

Walker's Club

Some residents who have Alzheimer's Disease absolutely love to walk and so we have
developed this program so they can enjoy our lovely gardens, get some fresh air,
sunshine and exercise.

Hospice

Special assistance for the terminally ill patient and the loved ones trying to cope.
These programs offer additional dedicated aides, nurses, and ministry. And then, of
course, pain control is carefully monitored. Because we feel this is such a valuable
source of support when people need it the most, our nursing homes have contracted
with several leading hospice teams:
