Our facilities are licensed for Medicare and Medicaid and we also have contracts for several insurance companies; however, if you are counting on private insurance to cover the visit, you must contact the admissions director and the insurance company to verify coverage.

On the subject of long-term skilled nursing care , David Gross, founder and president of Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation centers, offers this comparison, "Not long ago, when people heard the term 'nursing home' the image that came to mind was one of an impersonal institution that operated very much like a hospital. Frail, elderly residents received the personal assistance, nursing and other health care services they required, but had little or no control over their own lives." Today's "nursing" home provides a lot more than just traditional long term care. Expanded clinical services and a new attitude toward aging are just two aspects of the changes seniors and their families will appreciate. He adds, "Most of all, emphasis is placed on building strong relationships between residents, staff and family members, helping to shape daily life and foster a sense of community."

The care offered at Regency is exceptional; your loved one will have the same nursing assistants each day so they will get to know each other very well and there will be continuity in care.
