What started as a part-time job has led to a very rewarding career -- as nursing assistant, therapist, Activities Director, and now Director of Admissions at Regency Gardens. I feel blessed that what I do for a living makes a difference in so many lives.
When my grandmother needed nursing home care, there was no question that Regency was the place for her. I knew that, in no time at all, Grandma would feel right at home
At Regency Park, our patients' and residents' comfort, cleanliness and safety are never compromised. Not only are we able to promote greater security and increased satisfaction levels, but our immaculate, home-like environment contributes to healing, recuperation and rehabilitation

"The decision to place a loved one in our care can be a stressful one for the resident and family alike," says Iris. "At Regency, family involvement starts at admission and continues throughout their loved one's stay. We strive to create an on-going rapport that helps us to better understand patient needs and to act on their behalf." "The people I care for are like my family. I treat them accordingly and the results are as plain to see as the smiles on their faces."
Jill B
As the mother of young children, caring for people who cannot care for themselves comes naturally to Jill. Now in her third year of service at Regency Grande, Jill has been an LPN since 1992. "From the day a resident or patient arrives, my role is not only to help heal, but to relieve the normal stress and uncertainty that hinders optimum recovery and quality of life. For seniors in particular, it is critical to devote the time and energy necessary to help them understand their conditions, care and prognosis," she says. "Here, our residents and patients are at the center of everything we do. That includes maintaining consistent and open communication."
"Maintaining open communications with patients, their families and their doctors is an essential part of my job." - JB
"Part of being a caregiver is making people feel comfortable and at home. Building relationships that are based on respect and understanding is essential to that process." - IV
