The New Jersey State Department of Health has found our facilities meeting
over 90% of every Advisory Standard. Advisory Standards are requirements in all areas of nursing home care that the state survey team does not obligate us to perform, but we choose to because they are good guidelines to help us achieve a better quality of life for our residents. It is an "extra credit" inspection. Only those facilities with good histories can participate in this inspection. |

Both Regency Park and Regency Gardens have earned many deficiency
free surveys – 1999 is one example of an outstanding year with both facilities achieving deficiency-free status in the same year! Now, with our new facility, we will be working diligently to have all three attain that status! |
